Easier Preparation for Joining
One of the advantages of Rollgum's smooth, mica-free manufacturing process is that you don't need to scrub away powdery mica before preparing the membrane for joining.
When a project requires multiple liner sections, Rollgum joining products—including the appropriate primer, adhesive, tape and sealants—can be used. Unlike some other liners, there is no need to get on your hands and knees to scrub the liner prior to adding the primer. Rollgum uses a tape that makes installation faster, easier, and less messy.

Protect Your Investment with an Underlay
We strongly recommend installing a suitable liner underlay beneath your EPDM membrane.
An underlay provides a protective layer between the liner and the prepared ground, helping reduce the risk of damage from stones, roots and other sharp objects.
While Rollgum EPDM liner is exceptionally tough, when tonnes and tonnes of water are added on top, sticks and stones become detrimental. Underlay and proper ground preparation remove this risk.

Folded for Easier Shipping and Handling
Large rolls of pond liner can be difficult to transport and handle. That's why we fold our liner down to a compact 2.1-metre length to make shipping, unloading and on-site handling easier.
We can also arrange delivery directly to your site using a tail-lift truck, giving you the flexibility to receive your liner where it's needed rather than having to collect it from a freight depot. Unless you prefer a freight depot, of course.

Although rare, in this situation we will need to manually add the additional shipping costs prior to dispatch. Returns
Goods purchased from Love My Dam are unable to be returned without first reaching out to us and requesting a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be made for pond and dam liners. No returns can be accepted unless a copy of the purchase invoice is enclosed with the returned item/s. Along with the goods and invoice, please include a list of the goods to be returned, including the product description, quantity, date of return and the customer’s name and address. The items must be returned in the original packaging. Freight charges for returns must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipment. We are only able to issue a credit note after the goods have been successfully returned.
Change of Mind
A request to return goods (except pond and dam liners) because of a change of mind must be made within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Freight charges must be paid by the customer for all change of mind returns.
Cancellation
No cancellation or partial cancellation of an order by the customer can be accepted by Love My Dam unless first consented in writing. Sometimes a cancellation charge will need to be paid by the customer. Cancellations cannot be accepted on goods that are not regular stock which are in the process of manufacture or ready for shipment.
Complaints
All complaints, claims, or notification of lost goods, incomplete goods, damaged goods, or goods that do not comply with your purchase order must be submitted to us in writing within 48 hours of the date of delivery. The exception is pond and dam liners which must be submitted to us immediately on receipt of the products. Otherwise, we will consider you to have accepted the items.
